The subcommittees

Finance subcommittee

The Finance subcommittee primarily focus on the appropriateness of the service charges incurred by the leaseholders. The subcommittee will also be responsible for reviewing and approving the annual accounts of the Association.

Works and Maintenance subcommittee

The Works and Maintenance subcommittee primarily focuses on issues related to the works and maintenance of the development. This includes cleaning and repairs to the estate and buildings.

Security subcommittee

The Security subcommittee primarily focuses on issues related to security on the development.

Health and Wellbeing subcommittee

The Health and Wellbeing subcommittee primarily focuses on issues related to the on-site services related to the overall well-being of residents (including the Royal Wharf leisure facilities).

Landscaping subcommittee

The Landscaping subcommittee primarily focuses on issues related to the landscaping and gardens of the development.
