The Works and Maintenance subcommittee primarily focuses on issues related to the works and maintenance of the development. This includes cleaning and repairs to the estate and buildings.
The Security and Wellbeing subcommittee primarily focuses on issues related to security and onsite services related to the overall well-being of residents (including the Developmentās leisure facilities).
The Landscaping subcommittee primarily focuses on issues related to the landscaping and gardens of the development.
